I have access to a warm garage with jackstands and air, or a less warm garage with lifts and air, assuming a bit of advance notice. Bring your own parts/tools, other than air guns and torque wrenches, which you're welcome to use. Hit me up next week...

It doesn't matter if your car is slow; it can still be a lot of fun and you can definitely learn a lot too.

Of course, it can make you want to buy another car (happened to me), but that's just a risk you have to take.

Wise words from Geoff. Any car is fun at or near its limits, and all cars/drivers are welcome at an autocross. ;)

About 30 spots left for 1/20 at VMP...

haha, I did, now I'm broke and on the verge of selling it :(

The Jetta has the worst tires ever though, it seems like it would be painfully slow and I'd be ridiculed and shot at.

I still plan on being there. I just can't decide if I should put my winter/snow tires on or keep the summer performance tires on. What do you think??

I was just having the same debate myself, but the only choices are summer tires or race tires.

No good advice on this subject,

Jon
