And I still hate Super Beetles (the Patinawagen is an exception). Somehow it would just be fun to have a matching Super to go with my Sedan 111, and
my 2000 New Beetle, and then I'd need one of the final edition Super Beetles, and I'd be all set ...
Until another one caught my eye.
PS - Unrelated, there are a few classic ACVWs in the neighborhood where I am in Northern VA, including a restored white late-60s (from a distance)
just down the street. Once Karen-Starshine is roadworthy again, I need to take her around and introduce her / let her meet some new friends in the
neighborhood. I'm still trying to find a good "school" (mechanic) for her in the area for the piddly maintenance stuff that isn't worth driving down
to Ronnie / Mike for.

I can't help but to think that this has a beam front axle. If the pan is solid, could it be the start of what Ricky is looking for? Not sure what it
takes to turn a bus into a bug aside from shortening the pan (which is needed for 'bug to dune buggie' as well). But the price is right and it's not a
Super.

HAHAHA
"This car still gets looks" I hate to tell this guy, but those looks are stares of laughter, amazement, and fear for the innocent motoring
public.
Silver 1990 Nissan 300 zx 2+2 for sale. Transmission just went bad. 236,000 miles Ran great until this afternoon when the car would
not go into reverse. Prior to this there was a funny noise and then a jump and I pulled over checked it and drove forward fine but when I tried to
back out of parking space it would not go. So no reverse and possibly soon no drive. Was told it was a linkage slip but I do not have the funds to put
into this car anymore. Car is an automatic, daily driver, Inspection 2/11, no radio, no front bumper, ttops leak, passenger
window will not go down, probably could use shocks, hatchback does not close, key stuck in ignition, could eventually use a paint job, a little bit of
restoring. All this and this car still gets looks. Perfect for someone who wants to do mods on it, etc. silver grey cloth interior. Need to
sell asap, Car is located at 429 Kingscote Lane 23059 will be sitting outside and I will start cleaning out tomorrow. Best offer over 800.00. will
also consider trades, looking for a mercedes 190e or a partial trade on a 2002- 04 Land Rover discovery. Can also be reached at 605-5651. Car is to
the right. Oh needs the fog lights put back in and a horn. I think thats it.

taking interest.

Be proud of the ugly! Revel in the ugly! Laugh at those with sealed head lamps, wrapped steering wheels, and smooth steel dashboards! Laud your
bug-eyed front end, simplistic blade bumpers, hump-back deck lid, and seatbacks that go practically to the roof!
