國內外PLC技術研究發展狀況對比

即使國內的PLC技術應用前景 有很大的發展,并且在一定程度上取得了不小的效益,但是和外國先進國家相比,由 于受到技術水平和經濟的各種限制,大部分的企業工作車間的搖臂鉆床還是 在使用繼電器一接觸器這么一種傳統的控制方式,但是這種控制方式明顯存在著隱患 和缺陷的,在生產中很容易出現故障=另外,線路復雜,因此要想找到故障也十分的 困難的。不難看出,和國外大量運用PLC技術代替繼電器一接觸器系統相比,我國早 PLC生產控制上還存在很大差距。

我國的PLC技術在近年我國發展迅猛,我們和先進國家的PLC發展水平在不斷縮 小,不斷拉近。因此,在這各時候,我們應該加大力度進一步去推廣PLC控制,提高 生產水平。這次對搖臂鉆床電氣控制系統進行改造,是希望可以借鑒國外先 進工業形同控制的技術,把它應用到工廠加工現場,進一步提高搖臂鉆床的工作性能。

It is not difficult to see that, compared with foreign countries using PLC technology to replace relay contactor system, there is still a big gap in China's early PLC production control.

PLC technology in China has developed rapidly in recent years, and the development level of PLC between us and advanced countries is shrinking and drawing closer. Therefore, at this time, we should increase efforts to further promote PLC control and improve the production level. It is hoped that the electrical control system of radial drilling machine can learn from foreign advanced industrial control technology and apply it to factory processing site to further improve the working performance of radial drilling machine.
