搖臂鉆床操作時的注意事項

搖臂鉆床是我們加工工件常用到的，為了更好的使用搖臂鉆床，安全操作過程必須需要我們注意的。

搖臂鉆床操作時的注意事項，如何更安全的操作鉆床

1.使用搖臂鉆床，嚴禁戴手套。

2.鉆孔前，找正工件位置時，應將鎖緊裝置松開，進刀主軸伸出長度根據鉆孔深度調整合適，然后將各鎖緊裝置鎖緊。

3.鉆孔時，調整轉速必須先停車，嚴禁不停車變速 ，否則將打壞變速箱內齒輪。

4.鉆孔時，鉆頭必須裝夾牢固，伸出長度合適。工件必須用鉗子、夾具或壓鐵夾緊壓牢，禁止用手拿著鉆孔。鉆薄片工件時，下面要墊木板。

5.不準在鉆孔時用紗布清除鐵屑，亦不允許用嘴吹或者用手擦拭，應使用專用工具或刷子。

6.搖臂鉆床在鉆孔開始時或工件要鉆穿時，要輕輕用力以防鉆頭卡住工件，使工件轉動或甩出。

7.必須經常檢查清除工作臺及導軌上、絲杠等處的鐵屑與油污，并保持周圍環境衛生。

8.搖臂鉆床鉆孔時，進給要均勻。鉆深孔時要及時清除鐵屑，以防鉆頭拆斷。

9.裝卸工件或夾具時，要將橫臂移開，同時注意周圍的人及物，以發出碰撞事故。

How to operate the radial drilling machine safely

1. Do not wear gloves when using radial drilling machine.

2. Before drilling, when aligning the position of the workpiece, the locking device should be released. The extension length of the feed spindle should be adjusted according to the drilling depth, and then the locking devices should be locked.

3. When drilling, the speed must be adjusted first, and it is forbidden to change speed without stopping, otherwise the gear in the gearbox will be damaged.

4. When drilling, the drill must be clamped firmly and the extension length should be appropriate. The workpiece must be clamped and pressed firmly with tongs, clamps or pressing irons. It is forbidden to drill holes with hands. When drilling thin pieces of workpiece, the bottom should be padded with wood.

5. It is not allowed to use gauze to remove iron filings during drilling. It is not allowed to blow with mouth or wipe with hands. Special tools or brushes should be used.

6. At the beginning of drilling or when the workpiece is to be drilled through, the radial drilling machine should use slight force to prevent the drill bit from jamming the workpiece and causing the workpiece to rotate or throw out.

7. Always check and remove the iron filings and oil stains on the worktable, guide rail and screw, and keep the surrounding environment clean.

8. When drilling with radial drilling machine, the feed should be even. When drilling deep holes, iron chips should be removed in time to prevent the bit from breaking.

9. When loading and unloading workpieces or fixtures, remove the cross arm and pay attention to the people and objects around to send out collision accidents.
