Hello, you've found the main website of the Central Virginia Volkswagen enthusiast group known as Richmond Dubs. We're an open group, there is no membership or rankings, we have this site and our get togethers purely for the joy of meeting others that are interested in something we all love, our cars!

We welcome other car enthusiasts as well as long as you're not looking for a place to hang out and act immature. Even though we are an open group, if you are just goofing off the whole time and have nothing to add to this already great group of people, you will not be tolerated.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable and diverse group of people that pride themselves on being car enthusiasts and enjoy hanging out and doing everything from getting together for dinner, working on cars, going to auto shows, attending track and racing club events, meeting on a regular basis, and any number of other small to large group events, you've come to the right place!

The Richmond Dubs group has a strong following in the Greater Richmond area in central VA and even has members as far away as Texas and Ontario. The bulk of members live in Virginia and attend weekly GTG's (get togethers) and other weekend events together.

When the weather cooperates, we hold our weekly GTGs at "The Bank". We try to meet up around 6:30PM, but we're usually around for the late stragglers who have class or get off work late. We're also a hungry bunch, so we often extend the GTG at a restaurant for some grub and some cheer. Be sure to check the forums for any last minute updates to the GTG location!

We're not exclusively Volkswagen but we do have predominantly German-brand car drivers in the group (VW, Audi, BMW, etc). Our age spectrum is quite wide as well, we have members everywhere from 17 to people in their 30s and 40s. If you love cars and want to hang out with others that do too, come on out!
